Returns & Exchanges
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@wschomedecor.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include:
-Photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box
-Your order number
-The name and item number of the damaged product
Please keep all damaged items and their packaging, as we may need them returned for further inspection.
Returns:
We hope you love everything you order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Return Options:
You can choose to receive:
-100% store credit, or
-A refund to your original payment method, minus a 5% processing fee
Return Requirements:
-Your order number
-Items must be in their original packaging
-Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse
Please Note:
We are unable to accept returns on any:
-Final Sale or Clearance items
-Orders where a coupon was applied
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee:
If returned items are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), a restocking fee of 20% or more may apply, or a partial refund may be issued.
