Orders including marked Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be canceled.
Canceled orders may be credited back to your account for 100% store credit or back to your method of payment minus 5% fee to cover merchant charges on the canceled order.
Orders that have already been shipped - cannot be canceled and customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
Please email the order number to support@wschomedecor.com to request to cancel an order and the method in which you would like to be reimbursed. No order is canceled until confirmation has been sent by a customer service representative. Email responses may take up to 24 hours.
